Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience in managing customer storytelling efforts and building advocacy programs
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling customer narratives
  • Experience managing customer speakers for events and industry opportunities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
