Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to build programs that engage, retain, and grow their customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Build automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, adoption, renewal, cross-sell, and upsell
- Own customer newsletters, product update announcements, and design event-triggered campaigns
- Build and scale programs for customer advocacy, including reviews, testimonials, and sentiment capture
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
- Experience building customer content across various channels
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Analytical and curious, with a drive to understand customer engagement
- Organized and proactive, with strong project management skills
