Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to build programs that engage, retain, and grow their customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, adoption, renewal, cross-sell, and upsell
  • Own customer newsletters, product update announcements, and design event-triggered campaigns
  • Build and scale programs for customer advocacy, including reviews, testimonials, and sentiment capture
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
  • Experience building customer content across various channels
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Analytical and curious, with a drive to understand customer engagement
  • Organized and proactive, with strong project management skills
