Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to create and execute programs that enhance customer advocacy, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute measurable multi-channel marketing programs that drive customer advocacy and improve retention
  • Own and expand the Customer Advocacy program, maintaining strong relationships with customer advocates
  • Produce and manage customer user groups, including scheduling, content development, and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or demand generation at a SaaS or B2B technology company
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and community management software
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision making
  • High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills
