Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive engagement and revenue within existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire contacts within existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Plan and deliver mid-funnel engagement initiatives, including events and workshops, to strengthen customer relationships
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance, connecting activities to revenue contributions


Required Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or a related area
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM environments, ideally Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and refine strategies
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
