Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive engagement and revenue within existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire contacts within existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
- Plan and deliver mid-funnel engagement initiatives, including events and workshops, to strengthen customer relationships
- Track and analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance, connecting activities to revenue contributions
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or a related area
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM environments, ideally Hubspot and Salesforce
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and refine strategies
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
