Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager who will focus on advocacy marketing and enhancing the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase the list of referenceable customers through outreach campaigns and collaboration with sales and customer success
- Own the acquisition plan for generating customer reviews and identify candidates for case studies
- Execute client training webinars and collaborate on quarterly customer newsletters and bi-annual user groups
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer marketing experience
- Experience with reference programs and case study development
- Familiarity with G2 Crowd and webinar platforms
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for engaging and motivating customers
