Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive retention, engagement, and expansion initiatives across its customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer lifecycle marketing strategy across all stages, including adoption, expansion, renewal, upsell, and advocacy opportunities
  • Develop and execute targeted retention-driving initiatives and upsell/cross-sell campaigns
  • Track and report on lifecycle performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on data and feedback


Required Qualifications
  • 4-8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, focusing on customer marketing and lifecycle marketing
  • Proven experience in building onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SaaS retention and expansion drivers
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
