Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption and engagement across payment products
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including audience segmentation and targeting
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, recommending optimizations and A/B tests
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms for email and lifecycle campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Tableau or Mixpanel
- Experience with payments or financial products is a strong plus
- Self-starter who can independently drive campaigns from idea to launch
