Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption and engagement across payment products
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including audience segmentation and targeting
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, recommending optimizations and A/B tests
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms for email and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Tableau or Mixpanel
  • Experience with payments or financial products is a strong plus
  • Self-starter who can independently drive campaigns from idea to launch
