Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer advocacy and lifecycle programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage customer advocacy and reference programs to support Sales
  • Create and produce customer-centric content, including case studies and testimonials
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle and adoption campaigns to enhance engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing, with at least 3 years focused on customer marketing or advocacy
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience running customer communities, user groups, or advisory boards
  • Familiarity with advocacy and review platforms (e.g., G2, TrustRadius)
  • Genuine use of generative AI tools to enhance productivity
