Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to enhance customer advocacy and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and expand the customer reference and advocacy program through various initiatives
  • Write and edit compelling customer stories that highlight measurable value
  • Manage customer reviews and run CSAT/NPS programs to analyze and drive action
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in customer marketing, advocacy, or related B2B marketing roles, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
  • Experience running CSAT and/or NPS programs with analytical skills
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities with experience in content production
  • Experience managing review programs on platforms like Gartner Peer Insights and G2
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
