Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute community growth and engagement strategies across various platforms
- Build and scale community programs, including ambassador and advocacy initiatives
- Plan and deliver offline and hybrid community events to strengthen loyalty and support marketing goals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in tech or education sectors
- Hands-on experience managing and growing communities on platforms like Discord and Reddit
- Strong understanding of brand voice and consistency
- Experience using data and insights to assess community health and engagement
- Event planning experience for meetups, workshops, or similar activities
