Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to support the strategy and execution of lifecycle and product-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage customer marketing programs and campaigns using an ABM approach
  • Build and launch scaled lifecycle campaigns to enhance customer activation and retention
  • Optimize campaigns through testing and performance analysis while monitoring key metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in campaign marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and ABM strategies
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
