Job Summary
Customer Marketing Manager is a full-time position responsible for enhancing customer relationships, driving advocacy programs, and managing customer communications and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase customer reviews and manage advocacy pipeline through outreach and engagement
- Refine and maintain customer data for improved segmentation and engagement
- Support the production of customer communications and assist with event logistics
Required Qualifications
