Job Summary
Customer Marketing Manager is a full-time position responsible for enhancing customer relationships, driving engagement through advocacy programs, and supporting marketing campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase customer reviews through outreach and engagement, and manage the advocacy pipeline
- Refine and maintain customer data for improved segmentation and targeting
- Support the production of customer communications and assist with event logistics
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles in B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Collaborative and data-driven approach to customer engagement
- Experience in creating customer stories, case studies, and testimonials
