Job Summary

Driving customer retention through strategic marketing initiatives, the full-time Customer Marketing Manager will create campaigns that enhance merchant appreciation of the software while collaborating cross-functionally to align messaging and automate processes, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Create campaigns to communicate ROI and increase feature adoption among merchants
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on target audiences and campaign strategies
  • Define and report on campaign results, focusing on net dollar retention and renewal rates
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS startup, with at least 2 years in customer marketing
  • Proficient in email marketing and list segmentation, with experience using marketing automation software like Hubspot and Pendo
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various mediums and audiences
  • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing practices is preferred
