Job Summary
Owning Apollo's customer advocacy program end to end, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will manage case study production, build a testimonial library, and run a customer advocate community while collaborating closely with Sales to enhance customer engagement and support revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own case study production from interview to publication, ensuring content is utilized by sales representatives
- Build and manage a fresh, accessible testimonial library that grows over time
- Run a customer advocate community for testimonials, co-marketing, and speaking opportunities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, community, or advocacy at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to build relationships and nurture customer advocates effectively
- Strong understanding of sales processes and reference selling
- Experience in producing compelling content and case studies
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing processes
