Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Customer Marketing Manager, responsible for developing customer advocacy programs, creating compelling case studies, and driving retention and expansion through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow the customer advocacy program, including developing customer stories and case studies
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to support marketing efforts aimed at expansion and retention
  • Build and scale community engagement and customer-focused campaigns aligned with key business moments
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or a closely related B2B marketing role
  • Proven track record of building and managing customer advocacy programs in a SaaS or cloud-infrastructure company
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex technical outcomes to diverse audiences
  • Experience producing customer case studies and reference content across various formats and channels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring the impact of customer marketing initiatives
