Job Summary

Owning the post-sale marketing function, the full-time Customer Marketing Manager will develop strategies and programs to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage post-sale marketing programs to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Develop and execute campaigns aimed at driving expansion revenue within existing accounts
  • Oversee the customer education platform, creating content and measuring its impact on customer outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build and run customer advocacy and retention programs
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle segmentation
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance marketing efforts
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
