AI-native and customer-obsessed, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will build and manage customer advocacy, expansion marketing, and community initiatives from scratch, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and deepen customer engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and run multi-channel expansion campaigns focused on revenue growth
  • Design and implement customer marketing infrastructure, including voice of customer programs and advocacy initiatives
  • Utilize AI tools to automate workflows and produce customer-facing content efficiently
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS customer marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Proven experience building customer advocacy or expansion programs from scratch
  • Strong content creation skills, including case studies and executive-level documents
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with customer health and feedback tools such as NPS or CES
