Job Summary
To deepen relationships with existing districts and drive expansion revenue, the full-time Customer Marketing Manager will develop and execute renewal campaigns, manage customer advocacy programs, and oversee the NPS program, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute renewal and upsell campaigns tailored to different products and customer segments
- Manage the case study and testimonial program to enhance customer advocacy and create compelling narratives
- Oversee the NPS program, analyzing results and implementing strategies based on customer feedback
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of building programs that drive measurable retention and expansion revenue
- Strong writing skills with the ability to translate customer outcomes into engaging stories
- Experience working with data related to NPS scores, renewal rates, and content performance
- Familiarity with K-12 educational technology and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams
