Job Summary
To support a growing customer community in plaintiff law, the contract Customer Marketing Manager will build reference programs, operationalize customer engagement initiatives, and create customer proof materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage a structured database of referenceable customers and streamline the reference request process
- Operationalize the SupioSphere community and implement engagement strategies to enhance customer interaction
- Create and maintain a comprehensive proof library and develop impactful customer stories for various marketing channels
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in customer marketing, customer success, or a related field, preferably in AI-first or B2B SaaS environments
- Proven experience in running reference or advocacy programs
- Strong writing skills for creating diverse marketing content including case studies and webinars
- Ability to track and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement and advocacy
- Familiarity with AI tools and a strong relationship-building approach with customers
