Job Summary
Partnering with the Global Campaigns team, the full-time salaried Customer Marketing Manager will activate cross-sell and expansion programs for existing customers, utilizing customer insights to drive campaign strategies and communications in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage integrated demand generation campaigns, aligning with product marketing and sales to ensure consistent messaging
- Develop and execute customer communications that enhance loyalty and support expansion opportunities throughout the customer journey
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to connect marketing efforts with business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related B2B roles
- Proven ability to plan and execute customer programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of customer loyalty and effective communication strategies
- Experience collaborating with campaign, sales, or product marketing teams
