Job Summary

Owning the post-sale marketing motion, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will develop and execute campaigns to enhance customer engagement, drive upsell opportunities, and ensure value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaigns targeting current customers to promote additional products and features
  • Identify accounts ready for upsell or cross-sell based on customer journey stages
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing to create effective customer value narratives and track campaign performance
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Proven ability to develop multi-channel campaigns for existing customers
  • Experience working with Customer Success or Account Management teams
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Marketing experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred
