Job Summary

Owning the post-sale marketing motion, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Manager will develop and execute campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive awareness of additional products, collaborating closely with Customer Success and Product Marketing to ensure customers realize their investment value and achieve renewal and expansion goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campaigns targeting current customers to promote additional products and features
  • Identify accounts ready for upsell or cross-sell based on customer journey insights
  • Track and report on customer marketing performance metrics, including influenced pipeline and renewal rates
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns for existing customers
  • Familiarity with marketing and customer success tools such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Strong ability to translate complex product value into compelling customer messaging
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and knowledge of ABM strategies
