Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, optimize, and scale integrated marketing campaigns and evergreen programs to drive usage, upsell, and retention
  • Identify and recruit advocates for speaking engagements, testimonials, reviews, case studies, referrals, and references
  • Nurture relationships with advocates and ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong proficiency in excel, google sheets, task management tools, and integration software
