Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist who will bridge the gap between Customer Success and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage client education initiatives, including newsletters and webinars
  • Build campaigns to identify and nurture expansion opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales
  • Lead programs that highlight client success through testimonials and case studies
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer, lifecycle, or retention marketing in a B2B or professional-services environment
  • Proven experience in developing post-sale programs that enhance retention and client relationships
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms for marketing automation and reporting
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking engagement and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metrics
  • Collaborative and empathetic approach to working with Customer Success and Sales teams
