Job Summary
Supporting customer advocacy and engagement programs, the remote Customer Marketing Specialist will manage customer storytelling, reference fulfillment, and advocacy initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a contractor capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of the customer advocacy program and lead the UserEvidence Advocacy hub
- Secure third-party customer reviews and conduct outreach for speaking opportunities and advocacy activities
- Create and maintain customer speaker profiles and manage data within ReferenceEdge
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer reference programs, customer marketing, or advocacy marketing
- Strong program and project management skills with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS or technology companies preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as UserEvidence Advocacy, ReferenceEdge, and Salesforce is a plus
