Job Summary

Supporting customer advocacy and engagement programs, the remote Customer Marketing Specialist will manage customer storytelling, reference fulfillment, and advocacy initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a contractor capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the customer advocacy program and lead the UserEvidence Advocacy hub
  • Secure third-party customer reviews and conduct outreach for speaking opportunities and advocacy activities
  • Create and maintain customer speaker profiles and manage data within ReferenceEdge
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer reference programs, customer marketing, or advocacy marketing
  • Strong program and project management skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS or technology companies preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as UserEvidence Advocacy, ReferenceEdge, and Salesforce is a plus
