Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement and success, the full-time remote Customer Marketing Specialist will manage lifecycle marketing programs, drive customer advocacy initiatives, and execute migration marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute lifecycle marketing programs targeting onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement based on customer data
- Develop and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies and testimonials, to support marketing and sales efforts
- Execute migration marketing campaigns to transition customers from legacy products to the core EPM platform, ensuring smooth conversion
Required qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing within a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience in customer advocacy programs, including case study development
- Familiarity with product-led growth motions and migration marketing campaigns is advantageous
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or Pardot
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
