Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Marketplace Operations Specialist to enhance customer experience and improve operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and monitor customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist with troubleshooting order issues and manage online content execution

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, operations, or digital analytics within an eCommerce or marketplace environment
- Proficiency with customer service platforms, CRM systems, and Content Management System platforms
- Experience working in a multi-vendor or third-party marketplace preferred
- Experience utilizing Salesforce is a plus
