Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of customer contracts within the SAP environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish timelines and manage customer account setups and closures
• Perform audits of pricing and customer master data to ensure compliance with contractual terms

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in a related role
• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a relevant industry
• Knowledge of SAP navigation preferred
• Familiarity with commercial contract language and terms preferred
• Experience with large datasets and data analysis preferred
