Job Summary
Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer master data, the full-time Customer Master Data Specialist will ensure the accuracy of customer information and provide first-line customer support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer support through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and updating information as needed
- Assist in cross-functional projects and audits, documenting business process changes and coordinating testing for system enhancements
Required qualifications
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience
- Knowledge of SAP order to cash system functionality preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with SalesForce.com preferred
