Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the hybrid Customer Migration Associate will support client onboarding and data migration initiatives, managing customer data processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a contractor role based in Louisville, TN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support customer data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns
  • Review, cleanse, and organize data within Google Sheets to prepare for migration activities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
  • 1+ years' experience using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate data accurately
  • 1+ years' Project Management Skills
