Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices and the impact of guest reviews on revenue
  • Onboard and manage a pipeline of new owner partners from sign-up through activation
  • Utilize data analysis to set performance expectations and make critical business decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of consultative sales, project management, or customer service experience
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market-specific data
  • Foundational sales skills with the ability to overcome objections
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft is a plus
