Job Summary
To support new owner partners in launching their vacation rental businesses, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Consultant will provide individualized consultation, manage onboarding processes, and leverage analytical skills to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices and the impact of guest reviews on revenue
- Onboard and manage a pipeline of new owner partners from signing up through activation
- Analyze market-specific data to set realistic performance expectations and make independent business decisions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of consultative sales, project management, or customer service experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively
- Foundational sales skills with a goal-oriented, results-driven mentality
- Knowledge of the vacation rental industry and experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft is a plus
