Job Summary

To support new owner partners in launching their vacation rental businesses, the full-time remote Customer Onboarding Consultant will provide individualized consultation, manage onboarding processes, and leverage analytical skills to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices and the impact of guest reviews on revenue
  • Onboard and manage a pipeline of new owner partners from signing up through activation
  • Analyze market-specific data to set realistic performance expectations and make independent business decisions
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of consultative sales, project management, or customer service experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively
  • Foundational sales skills with a goal-oriented, results-driven mentality
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry and experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft is a plus
