Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Coordinator (Temp).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Customer Success team to drive critical tasks supporting customer onboarding
  • Contact customers to facilitate call scheduling, collect information, and clarify requests
  • Develop expertise in the platform, act as a subject matter expert, and exhibit empathy towards customers

Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • 1+ years of professional experience in sales or customer success
  • High-volume phone-based sales experience preferred; SDR or ISR experience at a SaaS company is a plus
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and deliver on time, every time
  • Comfort with remote work tools like Slack and Zoom
  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or comparable professional experience
