Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Coordinator (Temp)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive critical and time sensitive tasks that support customers learning to use the platform
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and text to facilitate call scheduling and collect customer information
  • Develop expertise in the platform and act as a subject matter guide for customers

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales or customer service
  • Comfortable using Google Suite tools and ability to navigate efficiently
  • Ability to self-manage time sensitive tasks and deliver on time
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus
  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or comparable professional experience
