Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding & Pricing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Coordinate with various teams to address customer-specific needs and ensure smooth transitions
  • Accurately enter and communicate pricing proposals and quotes on behalf of the Sales Team
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business, customer service, or sales support environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multiple web-based platforms
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free work-from-home environment with reliable high-speed internet
