Customer Onboarding Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Engineer (MDR & Compliance).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Detections as Code (DaC) lifecycle for threat detection logic using KQL or Sigma formats
• Harden and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and related CI/CD workflows
• Partner with Threat Intelligence and SOC teams to automate deployment of detection content and analytics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior experience in a DevSecOps or Security Engineering role
• 3-5+ years managing CI/CD pipelines within cloud-native environments (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Microsoft Sentinel/KQL
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, or FISMA
