Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
- Configure and set up client sites, including EVV and QuickBooks integration
- Oversee data migration from clients' previous software or storage systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing implementation role
- Proven experience with EVV configuration and QuickBooks integration
- Experience in project management and use of project management tools
- Strong understanding of IDD and DDD provider operations and workflows
