Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition
Configure and set up client sites, including EVV and QuickBooks integration
Oversee data migration from clients' previous software or storage systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing implementation role
Proven experience with EVV configuration and QuickBooks integration
Experience in project management and use of project management tools
Strong understanding of IDD and DDD provider operations and workflows
