Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the onboarding plan for new customers, coordinating between various internal teams
  • Drive platform adoption and achievement of Initial Value Driver (IVD) per standard timeline
  • Develop and deploy the onboarding process and related content, contributing to internal documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience with enterprise-level onboarding of SaaS customers
  • Experience working with customers directly in a customer support or service capacity
  • Experience working on software implementation and/or organizational change projects
  • 2+ years of experience with Account Management, Customer Support or Customer Success (bonus)
  • BA/BS degree (bonus)
