Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist with experience in the pet care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on operations experience in the pet care industry or 3+ years of customer onboarding experience
  • Experience managing or supporting 5+ locations
  • Experience working with software vendors and deploying tech across teams or facilities
  • Empathy for small business owners and a passion for helping them succeed
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
