Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist with experience in the pet care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and implementation for new SMB & mid-market pet care businesses
- Design onboarding plans tailored to each customer's operational model
- Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition and customer handoff
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on operations experience in the pet care industry or 3+ years of customer onboarding experience
- Experience managing or supporting 5+ locations
- Experience working with software vendors and deploying tech across teams or facilities
- Empathy for small business owners and a passion for helping them succeed
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
