Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless adoption
  • Train customers, share best practices, and configure the platform to match business workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes and track adoption metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or technical support in a B2B SaaS setting
  • Familiarity with basic Python, APIs (HTTP, JSON/XML), and integrations (SFTP/S3, Zapier, etc.)
  • Experience with MongoDB, Tableau, Elasticsearch, or similar tools is a plus
  • Proactive and curious with a strong ownership of projects
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
