Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead high-impact implementations of its revenue management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth launch
  • Drive technical and operational readiness, guiding customers through data validation and platform setup
  • Design and refine scalable onboarding processes, templates, and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or technical project management
  • Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred, especially in revenue management
  • Demonstrated success in building or improving onboarding processes
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to diagnose data/configuration issues
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
