Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead high-impact implementations of its revenue management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth launch
- Drive technical and operational readiness, guiding customers through data validation and platform setup
- Design and refine scalable onboarding processes, templates, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or technical project management
- Multifamily industry experience strongly preferred, especially in revenue management
- Demonstrated success in building or improving onboarding processes
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to diagnose data/configuration issues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
