Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a Customer Support or Customer Onboarding team within a SaaS company
  • 10+ years of experience in support, implementation, or customer service roles
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational execution abilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and business process management technology
  • High business and emotional intelligence
