Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager (Mid Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for mid-market customers, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of software
  • Develop and execute detailed rollout plans tailored to customer needs and business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide ongoing support throughout the onboarding process


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in relationship building with mid-market and enterprise-level clients
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and optimize the onboarding process
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
