  • 1+ years of people leadership experience or demonstrated coaching and performance management skills
  • Strong coaching fundamentals and ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
  • Data fluency to define metrics and interpret trends for reporting
  • Schedule flexibility for weekly evening collaboration with a China-based team
