Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager to support the onboarding of Small Market and Mid-Market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the scaled onboarding of new customers using established processes and playbooks
  • Assist customers with account setup, product configuration, and basic training in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Conduct onboarding calls and follow-ups with clients to promote adoption of the company's software
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer success or onboarding role within a SaaS company
  • Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and DOT/FCRA compliance concepts
  • Positive, coachable attitude with a strong desire to grow
  • Openness to leveraging AI in daily work (experience with LLMs and/or Generative AI is a plus)
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Gong, or Planhat is a plus
