- Manage and develop a team of onboarding managers, including recruiting, hiring, and training
- Set and ensure achievement of KPIs for the team while addressing customer escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer onboarding workflows and improve customer journeys
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong project management skills with an ability to anticipate next steps
- Experience in building strong customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Experience in designing organized onboarding plans
