Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding and Enablement Manager to facilitate customer onboarding and improve processes for product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding engagements to ensure successful product adoption and timely value realization
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver enablement for Customer Success Managers
- Enhance onboarding processes and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Program Management in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing complex customer onboarding projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
- Experience supporting internal enablement or training programs is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Gainsight is advantageous
