Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding and Enablement Manager to facilitate customer onboarding and improve processes for product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding engagements to ensure successful product adoption and timely value realization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver enablement for Customer Success Managers
  • Enhance onboarding processes and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Program Management in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing complex customer onboarding projects
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Experience supporting internal enablement or training programs is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or Gainsight is advantageous
