Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to facilitate client onboarding and implementation of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage customer onboardings to ensure successful outcomes and accelerate time to value
- Collaborate with internal technical resources to train customers on using the platform effectively
- Establish relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their business and technical goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding
- PM qualifications (Agile, PMP, Prince2) are a plus
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Product Feed, and Google Analytics is advantageous
- Familiarity with webhooks and APIs is beneficial
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or Marketing Automation platforms is an advantage
