Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to facilitate client onboarding and implementation of their platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage customer onboardings to ensure successful outcomes and accelerate time to value
  • Collaborate with internal technical resources to train customers on using the platform effectively
  • Establish relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their business and technical goals
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding
  • PM qualifications (Agile, PMP, Prince2) are a plus
  • Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Product Feed, and Google Analytics is advantageous
  • Familiarity with webhooks and APIs is beneficial
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or Marketing Automation platforms is an advantage
