Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager who is fluent in Korean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the launch of the Global Employee Management Platform for clients
  • Become an expert on the company's products and serve as a resource for customers and colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and align customer use cases with best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer onboarding or implementation role for a B2B SaaS product
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries is a plus
