Job Summary

- Plan, execute, and monitor the launch of the Global Employee Management Platform for clients
- Become an expert on the company's products and serve as a resource for customers and colleagues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and align customer use cases with best practices
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English
- 2+ years of experience in a customer onboarding or implementation role for a B2B SaaS product
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries is a plus
